Revered for his principled approach to business and life, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. A staunch believer in hands-on and personal involvement in all the company’s projects, he is known to visit each site regularly, keeping a close eye on quality and commitment to delivery timelines.

Shri Atul N Patel

Chairman Managing Director

Shri Delwadia’s son, who holds a Graduate degree in Science, has to his credit more than twenty years of development and construction experience. He currently oversees the Purchase, Finance, Accounts, as well as the Legal aspects of the group.
